Vintage Framed 8x10 Print Talleyville, DE Fire Co. Firefighters/Hynes- Car Fire

I came across this print at a sale and thought it was really cool.  8x10 print of two Firefighters from the Talleyville, DE Fire Company putting out a car fire.  You can see the name "Hynes" on the back of one of the Firefighters jackets, but you can't see the name on the other.  I'm sure someone will spot this picture and know who the Firefighters are...................that is all I know about the picture.  As to what street it was taken on?  I can't figure that out either..........
