Vintage Bisque Porcelain Repro of A.Marque "Annette" with Byron "Valerie" mold

This doll is from the estate of my grandmother who was a doll maker and collector. It is a fine quality vintage reproduction that has never been used and has been carefully stored for at least 20 years.  I am not a doll expert but I have done my best to research the item and pass on what I know.
This beautiful doll appears to be a reproduction of a doll similar to one by A.Marque called "Annette".  A vintage copy of a Byron Molds catalog shows the doll in this very dress. It appears that the head used was an unmarked French character doll from Byron called "Valerie". The swivel head is attached to a porcelain shoulder plate and attached to a soft cloth body along with the arms and legs.  The tinted bisque face is expertly painted and she has a very sweet expression. Her brown eyes are glass "paperweight" type. Her adorable satin dress has ribbon, lace, and embroidered flower trim and the petticoat is a complete slip with a sleeveless bodice.  She also has lace-trimmed bloomers, crocheted socks and white buckled shoes. She really is precious!
