I am the artist of this elegant bolo tie! The setting is all sterling silver, as are the beautiful tips and bezel - the actual tie holder on back is a standard steel/nickel construction. I chose to highlight this stone by making a simple, modern setting that is more contemporary in feel than traditional bolo ties. This stone is a rich blue Hubei turquoise cut and polished by me. Stone and setting measure 2 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches wide.
The tie length is about 32 inches, which is a standard, not long lengthy.  The actual braided tie, itself, is synthetic.
