!  The workmanship is amazing!   I wear a Men's size 11 and this fits me perfectly.  Any jeweler could resize it for you.  This was made by
Richard Campiglio of Santa Fe, NM. I bought it at his gallery on Canyon Road call Cruz Callery (I do not see a signature but he made it for sure).  Sterling silver.  I think the skull is resin?  I don't think Richard carved the skull but be made the ring.    It is SO cool!   The top measures 1.25" tall and 1" wide.   Very sturdy, solid ring.
