Rare Asian Qing Hua Porcelain Brush Holder Marked

Rare Qing hua brush holder(I am not too sure about it),  it has 2 compartments,marked on lid. measure 7.25"L by 3.75" W by 2.75" H. Inside there is a damage on the side edge, please see the last picture for detail, it is not affect the whole piece look or use.
