rand new cue, new old stock from an old poolroom. Cue was purchased about 20 years ago (you can tell by the regular style bumper). Has been kept in a temperature controlled environment. Never chalked. This is a well made production cue. Very nice wrap and nice split points in the forearm. Sold "as is" no refunds on these lower priced cues.
