NEW West Bend Controller SALADMASTER 7817 Oil Core Electric Skillet Vapo Lid USA

Hi & thanks for visiting my auction.
Up for sale is a vintage Saladmaster Model 7817 oil core electric skillet with a Vapo lid and a brand new thermostatic controller which was made by West Bend. The controller appears to be a somewhat universal part as there are a few brands that use the same unit. There are scratches on the controller (where it says "West Bend" which must have occurred during storage or shipping.)  The entire skillet is about 11" across and about 10" on the inside.  It is used but in pretty good shape.  Cosmetically, the skillet shows wear to the lid which I have tried to photograph.  The wear consists of light scratching like someone used a scouring pad on it.  The skillet is clean on the inside but has some staining on the outside (esp. on the bottom).  Please take a look at the enlarged photos, as they accurately depict the condition of this item. The plug is designed to work with a standard American outlet and is 120v.

I will ship within 3 days of receiving payment and I normally ship via the U.S. Post Office or FedEx. I only ship to the address given to me by eBay so make sure it is correct when you submit your payment.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be more - please ask before bidding.
