    New Era Multi Cooker 16LP Stainless Steel Electric Skillet E236853 With Lid.  It Has An Oil Core Liquid Center Sealed Between Layers Of A Superior Quality Carbon Core Stainless Steel To Provide The Ultimate In Heat Conduction.  It Has A GE Burner On The Bottom With A Removable Electric Heat Control And When It Is Removed, The Skillet Is Fully Immiscible And Dishwasher Safe (BTW, I Would Never Place It In A Dishwasher).  It Is Energy Efficient, The Oil Core Cookware Uses Lower Temperatures, Shorter Cooking Times And Less Fats And Sugars.  It Measures Approximately 18” W Handle To Handle X 12 ¼” Top Rim Diameter X 4 ½” H Without Lid (7” H With Lid), It Sits On 4 Feet And Weighs 10 Pounds Altogether.
