Hobart Electric Roast Oven--HCN60--208Volt

Description

This is a new Hobart HCN-60 Roast Oven that has been in storage.  It was purchased in a buy out through our equipment business.  Each deck has tubular elements on top and bottom that are independently controlled by two heat switches that allow for high/medium/low temperature settings within the top/bottom of each deck.  The lower elements for each section sit below the steel deck.  This allows for precision baking of products.  The thermostat for each deck maintains the overall temperature.  This oven has a temperature range from 150-500 degrees F.  These ovens also have a damper control knob that regulates moisture by releasing cooking vapor through a vent.
The outside dimensions are: 57" wide x 36" deep x 77" high.  The inside dimensions of each deck are: 40" wide x 30" deep x 12" high.  Each oven requires a 30 amp circuit on 3 phase.  If wired for 1phase, they will each require a 50 amp circuit.  Users manual and replacement parts book are provided with the ovens.
