This auction is for a 1938 500 Francs banknote from France, identified as P-88c.
This item is circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (many heavier folds exist; areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration; foreign substances - tape and/or glue used to repair some tears); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); edge indents/nicks/tears (some larger tears exist although some were repaired); a very large inner tear exists as well as some tiny holes; perhaps pieces missing due to heavy wear and/or damage. Please see the photos to judge the condition of the note.
