New without tags. Artisan made. Vintage gold tone finish brass with pearly blue enamel accent. Cat charms dangle in the open oval frames.
These are such nice quality!
These came from a jewelry manufacturer that had unfinished/I distributed orders and this set was one in that bunch. These are not the flimsy bendable jewelry you get today. Nicely made and nice solid pieces.
No breaks, bends, cracks, repairs. No finish wear. Beautiful condition. Never used.
