Doll artist Patricia Loveless introduces the First IN a New Series
Tootie CHeerleader. Tootie's face is a reproduction of the classic
Kestner "googly" face. Her costume was specially designed by
Patricia to recall the capain of the cheerleading squad that we all
remember so well. Of course, Tootie claims that she was the best
Cheerleader her school ever had and if not for her cheerleading the
team woulden't have won a game. Well, that's Tootie  for you.
"Capain" Tootie is dressed in a time honored flared skirt with turtle
neck school sweater and bobby socks. She has a set of frilly
pom-poms and is all set for a pep rally to cheer the Homw Shopping
Team to victory.
Tootie the Cheerleader is a member of the Tootie doll series of unique
collector dolls designed by Patricia Loveless. Each doll is based on the
same Kestner face but appear in a wide variety of special costumes. Each
costume depicts an adventure in the life and times of Tootie.
She is available exclusively through the World Gallery of Dolls & Collectibles.
This doll is the First Edition Tootie and future Cheerleaders dolls will not bear
this exclusive mark. Each will be hand numbered in the series carries the 2T
trademark on its belly button and has the artist's personal signature mark in
18 kt. gold on the back of the neck.
