Antique old 'Stove Pipe' design golf bag Pen holder? Ca 1920s Niagara Falls

Hi, You're looking at a antique JB stove pipe golf bag design pen holder? circa 1920/30s.
This gold color washed metal was made by Jenning Brothers and has a small logo of Niagara Falls from Prospect Point attached in the middle. Apart from some light wear and small loss of color this unique item is in great condition. I do not see any damages.
The details are sharp and resemble the original designed bag.
The height is a little short of 8 inches which include the height of the 'clubs'.
This is a very nice display piece.
