Antique International Order of Odd Fellows Victorian Fraternal Sword, FOWF

Description

RARE antique ceremonial fraternal sword from the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
The blade is etched with the letters "FOWF" on one side.
The other side is a bit corroded and difficult to read.
The sword measures approximately 36 inches long with the scabbard. The sword has an ebony wood handle and ornate tent pommel. The brass handle cross protector has ornate designs on one side and the lettering IOOF on the other. The sword handle and scabbard are in excellent, original condition with a nice patina on the gold.
The blade is in fair condition, just due to the corrosion, but it has no other issues.
